What it Does:

Blackmores Bio Zinc is beneficial for the immune system and the skin, particularly for the treatment of minor skin disorders such as acne and superficial wounds. It also contains important nutrients for the health of the prostate. Zinc is an essential mineral used throughout the body for many functions including wound healing and the normal oil gland function of the skin.

Zinc is involved in the maintenance of vitamin A levels, transport and usage; and for protein synthesis, (particularly collagen synthesis). Vitamin A and zinc act together as skin antioxidants, and may be of assistance in the treatment of acne, other skin conditions, and the healing of wounds. Additionally, zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 are co-enzyme factors to essential fatty acid pathway enzymes, where they are involved in the normal production of the prostaglandins that help reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, including premenstrual exacerbation of acne.

Blackmores Bio Zinc assists with the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing and helps maintain healthy skin.

Blackmores Bio Zinc helps maintain healthy skin and assist in the management of acne.

Zinc aids in the maintenance of good health and wellbeing as it is found in every cell of the body.

Adequate levels of zinc are essential in the functioning of the immune system. It is also important in wound healing and the maintenance of healthy skin.

Zinc also plays an essential role in male reproductive health and in the production of healthy sperm.

The Vitamin A also included in Blackmores Bio Zinc, plays an essential role in the healthy function and repair of the skin, as well as being important in maintaining a healthy immune system.
