Oil Garden Aniseed Pure Essential Oil is a refreshing and renewing oil. It is also useful for digestion, flatulence and coughs.
- Vaporisation – choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to your vaporizer or diffuser.
- Massage – choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin.
