- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine, vitamin B6 41.1 mg) 50 mg
- Retinol acetate (vitamin A 2500 I.U., retinol equivalents 750 micrograms) 860 micrograms
- Zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 14.9 mg) 74.5 mg
- Manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 2 mg) 20 mg
- Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (magnesium 18.6 mg) 90 mg

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Stop taking if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6). The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
