What is in it?
EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS:
- Marine collagen (hydrolysed collagen) 1.25 g
- Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 56.25 micrograms/RE
- Nicotinamide 12.50 mg
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg
- Biotin 625 micrograms
- Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 6.18 mg
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 2.50 mg
No added artificial colours or artificial flavours.
Contains fish, phenylalanine, soya beans, sulfites and tree nuts. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms/RE for women and 900 micrograms/RE for men. Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
