What is in it?
Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract equiv. to dry root & rhizome 2 g (2000 mg (standardised to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg)
Research has found that such an extract equivalent of valerian is able to significantly improve sleep quality, reduce time taken to fall asleep, and reduce frequency of night awakenings - especially in people with a history of poor sleeping habits Additionally, the same study reported that volunteers did not experience any significant morning sleepiness after taking valerian.
